I'm not sure, but you should probably look into the case of that mother who got on MySpace and told one of her daughter's peers to kill herself, pretending to be that girl's boyfriend. I'm not sure how that entry turned out, but it would probably give you some insight.
It really depends on the facts. I remember a case in which a mother be taken to court for psychological and physical abuse after her daughter committed suicide. The D.A. argued that it was that abuse that pushed the martyr to commit suicide.
There have been cases where on earth a bully who caused someone to commit suicide is charged with a crime. You should look up Lori Drew. You could be charged for anything from harassment to murder. It lately depends on the circumstances of your case.

Morally, maybe (srry hon) but legally? I don't devise so....unless u did something illegal to make them mad....but overall, as long as u aren't the one culmination that person's life, u aren't to blame... Most likely, you were not the SOLE plea that person did what they did (if they've done it, god forbid)....
We all remember the myspace case, right? Well the worst that could justifiably happen to you if you didn't use a computer or anything is maybe bullying if you are both under 18, harrasment if they are a different sexual orientation/sex/race/religion and perchance conspiracy if the court can prove you were trying to make them kill themselves. Oh and likelihood are if you did so many things to them that... god, it was just unreasonably tormenting for them? You might be contained by trouble with the big guy upstairs.
