Why SUPREME court has legalized *Live Together* in a country like INDIA!!!!?

It has HAPPENED recently in May 2009. But WHY?..................... Gimme an EXTENSIVE answer fairly than an Intensive one (focusing on only one aspect). I don't wanna much details, but all possible varying reasons within the Society. Answer may thus come not only from the easily understood angles of Economics, but also from the more stormy subjects similar to Psychology & Sociology... So pointwise exploration appreciated beforehand. Even if the verdict is considered a CRIME by Y-O-U.
Best Answer:
supreme court does not pass the law it is legislature which pass the law
Stay within school, kid.
In India due to our social structure, dowry system etc male female ratio have gone down to 10:8. At this juncture, the chances of all the males getting a match may be impossible. Even afterwards, we are not ashamed to take a sensible decision to eradicate dowry and the killings of womanly fetus. Rather we make ways to allow living together, to make things worse. Gay and lesbianism is a psychological abnormality and illness that should be cured by doctors. Modern treatment methods are available for this. Like any other mentally challenge person, these people also need treatment. The funniest quantity is a judge saying in wish of such an act which is still considered to be a crime in many countries and religions.
Supreme Court of India has done really good entity to legalize the "live-in" relationship.
Not SCI but Delhi High Court. The reason, the NGO NAZ India is not competent to show accounts for having spent AIDS money, for lack of gay person near HIV; hence to create gay+HIV patients, the muslim headed NGO along some Southindian women have made the court ruling, possible, which of course, is subject to further challenge.
My God! Let us shed our hypocrisy and swot to accept and face reality. For far too long we hold buried our heads in the sand.Let us show some gumption and spine.Instead of debating a non-issue take up something worthwhile resembling seeking death penalty for pedophiles and incarceration of three-time offenders for energy.Or are you prepared to molly-coddle these criminals in the hope that they would mend their ways if given another chance?
cause india is growing...its not the india of 16th century this is the india where culture excercise their personal freedoms even if the societal norms are against it...imagine...before it wasnt permissible for women to vote..to exercise their freedom...that changed even tough it was against societal norms...samething...the question here is of the womens freedom to be or not to be married to the man...it should be her verdict cause noone can be a better judge of her options than the woman herself...
