Unemployment..What are my chances. Please read!?

I was approved and eligible for unemployment benefits. I received a letter describing me that my approval will be final unless my employer files an appeal within 20 days. When someone is eligible and approved for unemployment and an employer appeals the decision what are the probability of the claimant "me" will win the appeal and receive there unemployment benefits? And how long after you win the appeal will u get your first payoff? thx :)

You will actually get payments before the appeal is file unless the employer is really fast. Most states have a waiting week that you do not get remunerated for, but after that, payments are sent. Depending on the reasons the employer has, this will determine if you continue to collect.
