When is it legal for a minor to move out of parents house?

18
when your not a minor anymore. 18
18!
In most states, the age of majority is 18, although there is a process for a minor to be declared emanicipated from his or her parents or legal guardian, which would permit a child to live on their own.
I think is 18
You can be made an emancipated minor by a judge at 16, and are seen as an adult(for the most part), not a dependent. other than that, your parents can pretty much make you stay at home until you're either emancipated and 16 or 18.
In most places a minor can move out on their own, or become 'emancipated,' when they can prove to the court that they can support themselves. The age that they can do this varies from state to state, some of which have less rigorous requirements.

in most states, it's 17 or 18, depending on the state's laws. But you can become emancipated, which basically divorces you from your parents and automatically makes you an adult. but you still cannot rent your own place till ur 18 or 19...the age when u can enter a legal contract.

If you live in the U.S...

It’s 18 in every state, unless the minor has been emancipated in some manner such as marriage (requires parental consent) or court decree (which is VERY difficult to obtain--there are *many* requirements for it and it’s *rarely* granted in any state).
You'd have to be emancipated
Most states will emancipate you on grounds of child abuse, mutual parting or development of career. Give me your state and what happened i'll try to help.
