Check the expressions and conditions of your contract before you consider legal action. The big mobie fone companies usually tie this stuff up surrounded by the small print!
ring them and aske thjem what their beef is
Just get over it, solitary losers with nothing better to do with their time sue for the most pointless rubbish.
You can't sue if this was a "mistake", call customer service and ask to have the service restored; ask for some credit for the days minus service. NOW, if after giving them the chance to correct the "error", they still refuse to correct it, then you hold a reason to sue. But I would try reporting them to the BBB first; a sue it's too costly and time comsuming and you could lose anyway. As for the "some importat calls" that's irrelevant, no service is responsible for that, you are only entitled for the value or your mobile service, zilch more, nothing less.
