If you are in school do you still have to pay child support?
its just a question and does not involve me so please don't give me any grieve... If someone is on child support and go to school full time do they still have to pay child support ? What if they are going to institution full time and don't have a job? if they go to university and have a job is it still just base on their income?? or say they go to school fragment time or vice versa? They still have to pay right?and its just base on their income?
School as in high university or college? High school depends on the state and if they are working. If college, absolutely!
yes, they still have to pay. it just keep adding up.
Yes, they still have to pay. If they are responsible for a child they have to work while they are surrounded by school to support that child. The support amount will probably be based on what they are capable of earn, even if they aren't working.
If it's college, he can be ordered to quit school and achieve a job. Seen many cases of it. If in big school, his parents can be ordered to pay based on a presumption of a 40 hour week at minimum wage.
