So . . you want to be a cultivator? Move to Copenhagen. It is my understanding that it is legal there - but within Europe, the yards are much smaller.
Go on an antidepressant! Drugs just cause crime. Even if made court the criminals will sell it cheaper just like they do cigarettes on the black bazaar. I know you just want to grow it in your backyard, so maybe if you registered the amt. near your local police and one other agency to prevent corruption in the system, maybe it would be ok to legalize it, but I hope you can find other ways to soothing your nerves or whatever it is pot does for you.
It should be decriminalized, but I doubt it ever will. Too many policy agencies are funded to erradicate marijuana, they don't want to lose their jobs.

Oh hell yeah. In your front yard too. It should never have be made "illegal". And the worst part is, the ones that made illegal, have no clue, that's adjectives by the way it's classified. Pot is NOT a schedule 1 drug. period. A programme 1 drug has no medical use. They classify methamphetamine, and cocaine, as schedule 2 drugs meaning they're "safer" than that evil weed, even relatives that smoke it aren't that stupid. Even after all the proof that it DOES have medicinal properties, would doctors lie? People contained by Mexico have been using it medicinally for thousands of years, and still the government wont correct it's own incompetence by rescheduling it correctly, what's that inform ya? Ya know, government should evolve with the times, and the ideals of the people it serves, to me, it shows how inept the rule really is.They don't care about the "people", all they guardianship about is how they can "legally" screw the people, and fatten their bank accounts, while the rest of the "peasant's" can jump pound sand.
