The law on kicking out a kid with ADHD and what age eg:15yrs+?

I believe in the UK, that you have parental responsibility until your child is 16.

If in doubt contact social services.

You don't kick out your kids. I f you can't handle your kid, try other options. Kicking a child out of the home, even if they are seemingly unbearable, can have serious psychological consequences on the child. They are, after all, just a child. See if family counseling helps and try to remember it is not only the fault of the kid. The last thing you want to do is kick them out unless you are afraid for your life. If you just need a break, send them to church camp or some structured summer program where you know they are safe and taken care of, but out of your hair. You had the child and it is your duty to be responsible for them.
Kicking out of what? home? school? jail?
