does anyone have a phone number to report fraud and harrassment at work?
My husband is being harassed at work by 1 of his foreman. throughout the day, the foreman will repeatedly approach my husband, cursing at him, rushing him, down-talking, provoking him, sending him home, and adjectives his hours. Even other employees notice it. My husband is a very nice guy. he say nothing to his foreman and he just tends to pick on him, and solitary him. i've even been on the phone with my husband secretely via bluetooth and i've heard him only starting trouble, yelling at him, cursing, and trying to get him to get upset. so, we've be documenting everything that's happened, and even the job's HR dept. doesnt want to help. Their warehouse is dangerous, dirty, and not safe and sound. We've learned through a trusted employee that the owner of company is paying off "OSHA" to outdo their inspections because he knows the warehous isn't safe. who can i call to abet us? maybea harrassment lawyer, or someone to report "OSHA" and the company for illegal practices?? i dont want my husband to lose his job aft this. PLEASE HELP US. We live and work in Pennsylvania. thanks!

Since you failed to make clear to us which state yu are residing and working in it is difficult but your state dept of labor or eeoc would be the ones to help you.!!
