What is Wrongful Termination?
and could someone be fired because a company or business hires someone else? assuming they do the equal amount of the job perfectly.
Best Answer:
Grounds for wrongful termination are based on nouns against age, race, sex, disability, religion and/or national origin, breach of contract, and retaliation for whistle-blowing. Yes, someone could be fired because the company or business hires someone else. Under the doctrine of "Employment at Will”, both employees as powerfully as employers retain the right to end the employment “at will,” meaning at any time and unanimously for any reason. In other words, just as you have the right to quit your work whenever you choose, without giving a reason, your employer may be able to fire you whenever they choose, for almost any explanation.
Pretty much a termination in violation of the terms of a coalition or private contract. With at will employment, without a hostile work environment proof or an EEOC violation, there pretty much is no wrongful termination. If I find someone better, I can fire you. IF you find a better brief, you can quit. America is a great country.
