Terminated...for petit larceny?
I was terminated from my job and was curious to see who is pressing the criminal charges...the director who did the terminating or the administration higher up...im man charged with petit larceny for theft of merchandise
You have the right to confront your accuser. At lowest possible the Sixth Amendment has generally been interpreted that passageway. I am almost certain that the charge will be filed on behalf of the company, not an individual. If you go to trail, witnesses will enjoy to be called. You can find out then. And a note to tiriki_22: Either petit or petty is correct. Do a bit research before you criticize.

If your county has a data stub, and the charges have already been filed, you can check online for the armour. However, some counties only allow lawyers access to case files. BTW it is Petty not Petit.
