No, it would only if any "pick-up lines" he uses include any suggestive themes or discussion about what he would do, etc. It his talking includes any "Come to my house", or "Are your parents home". Also, harassment can include him touching or trying to touch ancestors in places(You catch my drift). But if he is just pestering you next to,"You wanna go out" then doubt it. Looking at someone isn't sexual harassment, only just a look...but at what could mean the difference between sexual harassment. Men, in middle/high conservatory, tend to have their eyes drifting towards there(Hint Hint), but if they to refrain or you catch them the one time they truly look then don't worry, just hormones.
