If you are the 2nd of 4 children and the 1st is in prison (felony), 3rd has a felony record, and 2nd and 4th no record. The courts need to pick a Administrator of Estate. Currently, the 4th child has mislead the lawyers to belive the 4 children are for her to be the Administrator and, in fact, they have been mislead by the 4th child and asked to sign a waiver for the 4th child, by signning the waiver, they relinquish are rights to any/all claims to the estate.
Get a good lawyer
all you can do is take #4 to court and make sure the judge has a good reason for taking the Admin. duties away from #4....(proof....proof...proof....
