Invasion of Privacy ?

My husband and I are in a case against his grandfather and I have multiple witnesses that read out that he wanted to put up a camera and watch our house, I have a witness on his side( that lives contained by the trailer next to us) that has told my husband that he has the camera and that my husbands grandfather asked him to put it up. Is near anything I can file against him for this? Like intent for invasion of privacy if that even exists? Any help would be awesome thanks!

i dont know anything about the laws but you could sneak out one night and move the camera to be its not pointing to your house
The only right to privacy you have in this situation is inside of your house. Outside of your house is public domain and you hold no right to privacy. Watching the outside of your house with a camera is completely legit and there is absolutely nought you can legally do about it in a criminal sense. You may try to sue him contained by civil court.
"?" creature is wrong.... That would be against the law to go trespassing on someone else's property. I think it is legally recognized to have camers on your property no matter what direction they are pointing. Security cameras are on just around every business and many homes. (That is how we got so many pictures of the plane landing on the Hudson within NYC... security cameras everywhere.) Pull the blinds on that side of the house and be sure to wave whenever you walk up the tramp to the front door. ~Smile~ ~
My brain....

Your husband's grandfather owns the trailer? Then this ridiculous case will be thrown out before it makes it to the courtroom. For legitimate. Give it up. He can put up 40 cameras if he wants .... if you don't like it ... MOVE ... that's your option. File charges against the neighbor for intent to climb a stepladder.
