How do people illegally ship weapons into the UK?
A few squaddies will sell on guns they confiscated while serving overseas, a booze cruise is a very quick bearing of nipping over to France and bringing back your duty frees and anything that you think you can gain away with.
Private planes land everyday in thecountry in general in smaller airfields and are not check very often, and they can be dumped over the side of a ship strapped to a buoy and picked up at a then date by someone once they know the goods are there.
Some weapons enjoy been reactivated.
Most come in one or two at a time in private cars on ferrys.
