The Supreme Court case that overturned Plessy vs. Ferguson was Brown vs. Board of Education of Topeka. Linda brown was barred to attend her Middle School because of her black skin color. This case along with some others soon overturned the Plessy vs. Ferguson trial and the whole view of “separate but equal” was non existent. The judge believed that separation in public school contradicted the whole idea of equal protection. After this case be declared all the schools were to not be segregate anymore. People felt that the minorities especially children were having their nouns obstructed by segregation. This Supreme Court case has opened the eyes of masses people in the south and realized how unmerited the segregation really was for the minorities. The ideas this case brought something like (non-segregated schools etc.) soon traveled to places other than the south and this had a positive impact of empire all over. is that good?
