Does anyone know the penalty for $25,000 in bank fraud?
Well.it depends on whether it is state or federal crime. If it is a state crime then you, or whoever you are asking for, is in luck because a good criminal def. attorney can help you out. Especially, if you have never had a criminal record before. Keep in mind you will have to repay EVERYTHING before sentencing to keep from going to jail. Now, if it is federal.there are minimum sentencing guidelines that judges have to abide by. Meaning, that if you are found guilty for such a crime, and it is federal, you will have to serve time in a fed prison (ie: martha stewart). The best plan of action for you, or whomever is faced against this type of allegation, is to consult a VERY good criminal defense attorney who specializes in white collar crime. It will cost you a pretty penny but these guys(gals) are excellent in keeping people from going to prison if they can. Remember, it is their reputation on the line, and they want you to get the least amount of time possible. Good luck. BTW I am an attorney, so if you email me, I will help you the best I can. However, this is not my specialty.
arrest, trial, prison

10-15 years in the Federal Pen, and they don't have parole, plus fines and restitution.
idk but my sis says u will go to jail for a long time so it better not have been u!!!!
ps if it wasnt u y do you need to know? r u a partner in crime or something?!?!? haha
Bank fraud is federal and 25,000 could amount to some serious time, is it you? What ever you do don't run, just take the time, if you run every day is added.
Nothing...unless you actually get caught.
