Bankruptsy- Release of trustee...What does that mean?

My boyfriend declared himself bankrupt in march, He get a letter the other day saying his trustee is applying to the secretary of state for trade of industy for release as his trustee. What does this in fact mean, It doesnt explain. Thanks

This releases him of any debt owed. It releases trustee from any liability. Not to worry everything will be fine. Note: Warn him not to start making the same debt mistakes again. The canon is getting tougher on this. Good luck to you both.
