Why should the government be able to regulate smoking on private property?
They should not.. It's pork drum...In the context of Federal law and regulation, you'd be surprised how the courts expand the concept of "interstate commerce" to ratify Federal legislation affecting almost every aspect of life... If a person on it have a complaint it can.
Other reasons second hand cancer. Children may have no choice but to inhale cigarette smoke.
The government should not be able to regulate a legal substance on private property !! They are simply pandering to the not here and continuing to try and control our lives. If cigarettes are truly harmful to your health like the affairs of state claims, ( and I think they ARE harmful), why don't they just make cigarettes unfair? I'll tell you a big secret....TAX MONEY !!! This is just another con available job by our politicians trying to get votes..... People have the right to make CHOICES...flawless or bad...that is life! Lotta things you cannot do approaching defecating in public, private or public property. Cannot burn your trash in your own backyard because it is a fire hazard. Get it?
