How do you beat a barking dog ticket?
My friend has multiple dogs. They bark. The neighbors call the cops and she gets a $140 ticket. They call again. She gets a $280 ticket. I bought her one of those electronic gagets for $85 to stop barking. What a rip. Did nothing. Dogs still barked. Now she is going to court to 'fight it'.
How would O.J.'s attorney beat this?
If the dogs keep barking and the neighbors can prove it, then there is no way to beat it. It's the law. She needs to better train her dogs (dogs CAN be trained to be quiet), or move to a more secluded home. End of question.
Noise violations are often tough to beat.
Get a jury that is made up of all dogs.
He would say that the neighbor was instigating the dogs. The poor, lovable dogs are used to help burned kids at the area hospitals.....etc. The dogs are not the problem, its the neighbor trying to trespass on the property.
Your friend (and everyone who has barking dogs) needs to acknowledge that dogs don't bark because they like to hear themselves bark. Dogs bark because they are trying to say something. Usually, in the case of being left outside all day, they're trying to say, 'I don't like being left outside all day and night! Please bring me inside sometimes! I want to be with you!' I'm betting that if your friend allowed her dogs to be part of the family at least as often as they're outside, and preferably more often, the dogs would stop barking. Your friend needs to learn how to be a more responsible pet owner before these dogs are deemed 'bad dogs,' by no fault of theirs and carted off and killed.
Short of getting rid of the dogs, it is hard to beat that kind of ticket. I have heard that you can train dogs with a water pistol to not bark, but do not know that for sure. .
I guess you could beat it with a shoe. My mom used a barking coller on her dog and it worked like a charm.
As a neighbor trapped next to a dog that barks non-stop......I think her fines are too low for destroying the neightbors enjoyment of their home.
Barking, barking, barking.....it's enough to make a person insane.
You mean you want to beat a dog ticket that barks? I guess with a newspaper.
u have got to be joking? really?
my dog barks alot & it makes my 1
wacko neighbor nuts
we rent but ...
they come 4 her they may find the illegal
drugs (ice) we suspect she is up to
Just pay up and she should be glad her dogs haven't been put down (which is what should happen).
Put a muzzle on them at night! No one wants to hear that shyt late at night whats wrong with you and your friend? I had a dog and he got on my nerves so I know he got on my neighbors nerves! She could have paid for obedience school by the time they get through with all those fines. She should take them in the house sometimes. Dogs warn you so she should see whats making them bark all the time. they may want attention some more food or water.
srry but if her dogs are barking non stop the neighbors have a rite to call the law and if she is guilty then she needs to pay the tickets... tell her to either start spending more time with her dogs or give them to someone who will.... and stop looking for ways to get out of doing what a responsible dog owner should do.....
While it's too late to 'beat' the tickets she's already received, and if the dog collars don't work, give The Dog Whisperer a try!
If you've seen any of the programs on National Geographic Channel, the man is a genius with understanding canine behavior and training them. Certainly your neighbor's barking dogs are not the first, nor will they be the last, to be reported. Cesar Millan's methods are virtually fool-proof.
As for OJ's attorney, he's dead now, that's how he'd beat it, I guess.
Feed it once in a while!
