(Abortion law) should politicians, doctors,Church or weman set the laws?

Choice 1 please I know God is who we will follow but who should write the law?
A collective voice of human decency.
Pres. Bush signed a bill against partial birth abortion and it was a vote for human decency.

We don't execute murderers by sticking a scapula into their sculls and sucking their brains out and ignore the screams of pain.... so why should we do that to an innocent human that's a month away from making a grand entrance into this world?

It will ultimately be all of us who take Gods judgement for our answers.
The law should reflect the culture it binds. Some laws are unthinkable in some cultures. In America, the liberalized feminist movement has been pushing for legalizing abortion all my life. They are a despicable bunch and in my view, evil minded people. They are not mainstream America and seek to be what they cannot be. Let us hope they continue to be unsuccessful in what they do....
Why should killing of innocent babies be legal?
Legislatures should write laws. That means, among the options you gave us to choose from, politicians. The politicians undoubtedly should take into consideration the views of doctors, churches, and women. But laws are to be made by legislatures.

Answer:
Common Decency should set the law, I've included a link to a useful resource on this matter. Killing a Child is Killing a Child, it is never right. It is always Murder. Most Leftwingers don't actually see what they are advocating, or don't know. The link will clear that up too.
