Hai I am applied for australian visa. . But now am running with 1 accident police case.. Can i get p cl now?

i am running with police case for road accident.because my bike hit to pedastian and he registered FIR againist me. At indistinguishable time i need police clearence for australian visa so how to get it ...... please help me....

i dont have an idea that a road accident will hinder ur chances of getting a visa it is newly an accident
u havent gotten a criminal conviction it is just a complaint at this stage why dont u lodge a complaint against the pedestrian for causing the twist of fate just coz he was a pedestrian doesnt mean he wasnt at imperfection infact threaten to sue him for damages to both u and ur bike


unless it is a criminal conviction trust me aust immg doesnt care about silly accidents

why are u getting worried. a short time ago go to passport office, apply for a pcc and u will get it surrounded by just about 2 to 3 hours. he pcc is issued by passport office and not by police authorities. it is a totally simple process . go ahead and get it .
