Is it illegal to sell a picture of an item on ebay?
Is it illegal to sell a picture of a product like a tv or computer if you put surrounded by small but legible print at the bottom of the page that they all they are buying is a picture of a product. Because I bid on something but caught it before the auction ended i penny-pinching i guess technically it isn't false advertising.

It's tricky and wrong, but legal. Back when the xbox 360 was a hot commodity, I had a friend who sold an xbox box. It have a picture of the box the console came in, and clearly stated that it was an 'xbox box, not an xbox.' He get about 400$ dollars for that box, and I feel bad because I a moment ago know it was some clueless old grandma who wanted it for her kids and have no idea what was really going on. So.... it's legal, but douche-y. Don't do it.
hahaha that is too funny.... but if you state so in your information bank it is ok
lol. sorry but that is hilarious. they probably won't later long, and they will certainly get some bad reviews. hmm, in a minute where did i put that picture of the house? only need one suitable sale and i'm out.
Haha, that is in truth a really good idea. But to be fair it's also probably really immoral...
It's illegal, I have heard /saw race getting charged for it. I am pretty sure it's even in the ebay terms and conditions.
Technically, nearby is nothing wrong with the listing. But u know what? There is a relation at the bottom of all listings that say Report This Item. And then the almanac will be removed from eBay. Misrepresentation and abuse is not part of eBay policy. And in travel case someone accidentally receives a picture, u can always file a SNAD (item significantly not as described).
