what is the best way to go about collecting a debt from a default judgment in a circuit court case?

I live in Wisconsin and i won a default judgment for 2426 dollars, the being never disputed it so they sent me a SC-502(CCAP) Judgment/Notice of Entry of Judgment form. out of all ways to collect witch is most effective and likely to attain money back the fastest.

Find out where the person works or bank and have the sheriff serve a garnishment on it. You can request an examination of the debtor from the court to do this. Go to your local library and check out a self-help book on doing small claims court cases. It should give you the proper guidance.
